WHAT SCHOOLS CAN EXPLORE
We work with schools and industry partners to curate age-appropriate experiences that show students how classroom knowledge and skills are applied in workplaces and everyday life.
Students step inside factories, farms, hotels, cinemas and other workplaces to see how people, processes and technology come together.
Hands-on experiences where students explore practical skills, creative processes and real tasks with professionals and practitioners.
HOW IT WORKS
Each experience is structured before, during and after the visit, giving students context beforehand and an opportunity to reflect afterwards.
Age-appropriate activities introduce relevant classroom concepts and questions students can explore.
Guided observation, professional interaction and hands-on moments help students see familiar concepts in practical settings.
Post-visit activities help students connect the experience with classroom concepts, careers and everyday life.

A BAGLESS DAY IN ACTION

WHAT STUDENTS GAIN
Ask better questions and look more closely at how things work.
Understand classroom concepts more deeply by seeing how they are applied.
Encounter roles and pathways students may not otherwise discover.
Reflect, communicate and form independent perspectives.

BAGLESS DAYS, EXPLAINED
Understanding the idea and how BaglessDays.com supports schools.
Bagless Days are structured opportunities to extend classroom learning through practical activities, workplace exposure, local knowledge, creative exploration and guided reflection.
BaglessDays.com is a TAGENS initiative that works with schools and industry partners to complement classroom teaching through structured, age-appropriate experiences for students.
Schools can explore industry immersions, workplace visits, practical skill experiences, career conversations and real-world challenges. Availability depends on the participating organisation, location, student age group and safety requirements.
Each experience follows a Prepare, Experience and Reflect learning cycle. Activities build context before the visit, guided observation connects concepts with practice, and reflection helps students relate the experience to their learning.
Experiences can be curated for students from primary through senior school. The learning design and interaction are adapted to the students’ age, interests and the safety requirements of the participating industry or venue.
BaglessDays.com is currently curating and coordinating experiences in Delhi NCR. We plan to expand progressively to other cities across India in collaboration with suitable industry and school partners.

A school can begin by sharing the grades involved, number of students, location and intended learning outcomes. We will then explore a suitable experience, learning structure and operating plan with the school.
